These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and responsibilities when engaging with Aisha Alawadhi Consultancy, whether through our website, coaching sessions, workshops, retreats, or adventure-based experiences.

By booking or participating in any of our services, you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
  • Pricing details are available upon request or via rate cards.
  • Late payments or incomplete registrations may result in forfeiture of your spot.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before an event may be eligible for a partial refund.
  • Cancellations within 30 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future program at our discretion.
  • In the unlikely event we cancel an activity, a full refund or credit will be provided.

Health & Safety

  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to engage in coaching and adventure activities.
  • Health and emergency forms must be completed truthfully.
  • Safety instructions provided by facilitators must be followed at all times.

Liability Waiver

By participating in our experiences, you acknowledge:

  • Adventure activities carry inherent risks.
  • You voluntarily assume all responsibility for participation.
  • The company is not liable for injury, loss, or damages except in cases of proven negligence.

Code of Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • Treat fellow participants, coaches, and facilitators with respect.
  • Refrain from disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior.
  • Respect cultural and environmental values during outdoor/adventure activities.

Intellectual Property

All materials, workshops, tools, and coaching frameworks provided remain the intellectual property of Aisha Alawadhi Consultancy. They may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

Media & Content Use

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These materials may be used for marketing and educational purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
